Meet Nicholas!

I’m Nicholas, and this is Investing Against the Grain.

The purpose of this platform is to teach my methodology of investing with an against the grain approach. I believe in finding one or two wonderful companies and investing heavily into them, ideally revolutionary companies that are changing the world. For me that has meant staying heavily invested in Tesla and more recently SpaceX for the long term.

I don’t just buy and hold. I trade options around those core positions to stay capital efficient and generate consistent income while the long term thesis compounds. The goal is simple: 1 to 4 percent per month on portfolio value.

I teach the exact process I use, entry rules, management rules, and exit rules, through the Options Crash Course, Zero Day course, and 1 to 1 coaching. No guru nonsense. No handing you trades. Just the skill so you can do it yourself.

0DTE stands for “Zero Days to Expiration.” This advanced course is for students who have completed the Options Crash Course to ensure you have the knowledge to trade safely.

Yes. All sessions are recorded, and you can purchase the recordings to learn at your own pace.

How does 1:1 coaching work?

We meet via video every other week for personalized guidance, focusing on your trading strategies, risk management, and questions.
